"Hate Crimes" Bill Expected This Week

We've discussed this here before, and now it's definately time to act. Representative John Conyers of Michigan is planning to introduce the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act in Congress this week. And the President is the only one who can stop it.
